I don't totally agree with you about those who patronize African stores abroad. I'm not sure you are current with the food business. We are having inter racial marriages now. I have seen foreigners in African stores, buying stuff and also doing delivery. It's not a need to feel validated but I also don't want you to throw blanket statements that dooms all. In fact, that fufu challenge was a good one because it made people get interested in African foods. Unfortunately the African man is still blinded by colonialism so he wants to make everything he does look like oyinbo food.
