Snakes were always among my most favorite animals, as well as cats- and as you can see they fit together perfectly! <3
I didn't mean to draw any specific snake, but somehow oriented myself at green anacondas. The (unlucky) prey should be a cougar- yeah I guess it's not so well recognizable anymore xP
I really like drawing this kind of pics, but I need more practice ~..~

amazing...although I think of a lot of details in my head,I can't seem to get them just right,and end up leaving them out.
unfortunately that makes it look kind of coloring-book style,which is very bad.
(I had someone comment "by a 2 year old with a crayon?" before. it's that bad D:)

Oh it's the same for me. I want to draw something in a certain way, but end up doing something different, because I never get it 'exactly' as I want to. But that's ok: It needs a lot of practice and instead of forcing myself to hard, I accecpt the compromise.
Mhmm I think I saw your pictures some time. Like your avatar they are quite 'flat', not only in terms of perspective, but also colors. There are many ways to create the feeling of depth. Just go ahead and draw a net, stretch it according to the perspective and draw circles in the holes. It's a nice way to get a feeling for how things stretch in perspective :3
Btw... where is my avatar? ~..~ Or is it a bug again?
